Salary: Commission Based - OTE £30,000 to £40,000 (UNCAPPED) Position Requires: Listening to customer requirements and advising accordingly through to closing the sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and client meetings. Outbound calling - to existing and prospective customers to arrange meetings for new business. Negotiating terms of a sale including price, cost, delivery and customer requirements. Challenging any objections with a view to closing a sale. Discussing forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions through regular team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues. Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills. Must be proactive and be able to work on their own and as part of a team visiting customers on site or close sales over the telephone. Must also have oral communication, interpersonal skills, be persuasive and confident Strong problem-solving skills Experience in B2B to B2C sales.
