I achieve this by sending out Standards in PDF format, activating customer against their subscriptions, dealing with emails sent into the BSOL online support mail box and sending out Statistical data to customers. I am still in control of the filling for this department as well as answering the telephone and helping customers with numerous online queries and information relating to the standards. I also work closely with the Sales Representatives and the International sales department. I have also taken on the role as the HSE Rep for the 6th Floor this role includes attending meetings, writing a monthly report and inspecting the floor on a regular basis. |
